I am passionate about invoking the body’s natural healing abilities! My joy comes from guiding and collaborating with people as they discover energetic balance and physical and emotional wellbeing in their lives. It is an honor and a privilege to share this journey. Among my gifts is the ability to understand the body’s energetic patterns and to convey that information in a way that is easily understood. My practice draws on these strengths and is structured around my roles as coach and health educator, as well as practitioner.

I began studying energy medicine in 2004, later graduating as an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner. Prior to that time, I earned a Masters degree in Public Health and worked as a health educator and researcher for 20 years. Following my heart I decided to combine my health education expertise with my Eden Energy Medicine certification and use my integrated knowledge, skills and experience to do what I love.

While working with clients, it soon became clear that there were additional powerful techniques to add to my toolbox. I was led to train in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and completed certification in Matrix Reimprinting. These incredibly powerful tools have enhanced my practice and are essential in my work to gently and safely clear the energies of trauma.
