I am passionate about Eden Energy Medicine. My joy comes from guiding and collaborating with people as they discover energetic balance and physical and emotional wellbeing in their lives. It is an honor and a privilege to share this journey. Among my gifts is the ability to understand the body’s energetic patterns and to convey that information in a way that is easily understood. My practice draws on these strengths and is structured around my roles as coach and health educator, as well as practitioner.

I began studying energy medicine in 2004, later graduating as an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner. Prior to that time, having received a Masters degree in Public Health, I had worked as a health educator and researcher for 20 years. Following my heart I decided to combine my health education expertise with my Eden Energy Medicine certification and use my integrated knowledge, skills and experience to do what I love.

How I found Energy Medicine

I met Donna Eden & David Feinstein on Halloween of 2004. I was on the path of exploring a career change and went to a conference in Florida. The workshop I had signed up for that was supposed to help me figure out “what to do with my life” was cancelled and I found myself in this workshop called “Energy Medicine”. It was supposed to ‘boost your energy and increase vitality’. Since I wasn’t going to figure out what to do with my life, I figured it was a good time filler. I believe it was Albert Einstein who said “Coincidences are God’s way of remaining anonymous.” At the end of that hour and a half, I knew where I was headed, both personally and professionally. I immediately signed up for Donna’s next 5-day class and within months I was on my way to learning everything I could from her and I’ve been on the energy medicine train ever since! Energy Medicine has helped me overcome some significant personal health challenges, including lifelong food allergies that were unsuccessfully addressed through myriad other approaches. These successes have inspired me to rely on Energy Medicine to keep myself and my family, including my pets, healthy, balanced and joyful!
